(coordinates are often inaccurate though!) I have a folder containing over 1500 photos from our recent tour of central Europe. If the date of the photo (or file) could also be displayed then so much the better. updated Google Maps app for Android and iOS has an offline feature but its really limited Photo by APKPure free maps.
